How can I submit an online application for a Ched scholar?

STEP 1: BE PREPARED

Prepare your required document, such as your senior high school/high school report card and proof of income (see details below).

STEP 2: COMPLETE THE FORM

Use the website https://stufap-application.chedncr.com/index.htm to complete the CHED NCR CSPs Online Application Form.

STEP 3: EVALUATION.

The StuFAPS Unit will analyze each candidate. As the review procedure is completed, all applicants will be notified of the ranking results by their email address and phone number.

Qualifications

Check to see if you are eligible for any of the CHED Scholarship Programs (CSP)

  1. A Filipino citizen.
  2. Incoming freshmen in the academic year 2021-2022.
  3. A graduating high school student or a high school graduate with a GWA of at least 93 percent or higher.
  4. Combined annual gross income of parent/s, guardian which does not exceed Four Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php400,000.00), or in cases where the income exceeds Php400,000.00 an applicant must present a written certification or medical findings of illness of a family member, or school certification of two or more dependents enrolled in college.
  1. Students from the underprivileged, orphans, Persons with Disabilities (PWDs), single parents and senior citizens, and Indigenous Peoples (IPs) must submit certifications and/or Identification Cards (IDs) issued by the appropriate offices or agencies, in addition to the requirements in 1, 2, and 3.
  2. The course you want to take is on the CHED Priority Courses list.

  1. For incoming freshmen students eligible for college, a duly certified true copy of their high school report card; or
  2. For graduating high school students, a duly certified true copy of grades for Grade 11 and the first semester of Grade 12 is required.

One or more of the following (whichever is applicable)

  1. The parent’s or guardian’s most recent income tax return (ITR).
  2. Bureau of Internal Revenue Certificate of Tax Exemption (BIR).
  3. Indigence certificate from their barangay or the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD).
  4. For children of Overseas Filipinos, a recent copy of the contract or proof of income may be considered.

Any of the following (whichever is applicable)

  1. The parent’s or guardian’s most recent income tax return (ITR).
  2. Bureau of Internal Revenue Certificate of Tax Exemption (BIR).
  3. Certificate of Indigence either from their Barangay or Department of Social Welfre and Development (DSWD).
  4. Children of OFWs and seafarers may be eligible if they provide the most recent copy of their contract or proof of income.

The applicants shall be ranked by the CHEDRO in selecting the most qualified applicants based on the submitted requirements. The ranking shall be made according to the following percentage distribution :

70 % – ACADEMIC PERFORMANCE
30 % – ANNUAL GROSS INCOME
